The driver was making a left turn off of County Road 23 when the truck tipped on its side. No one was injured in the accident. Nicollet County Sheriff's Department was assisted by Nicollet Fire & Rescue.

Skid marks at the scene seem to indicate the driver was trying to stop or at least slow down.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation.

Note:-

Distracted driving accidents caused over 5,400 deaths and over 448,000 injuries in 2009. While the number of distracted driving deaths is down from 2008, Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood notes that the problem may be greater than the statistics let on.
